The draft chart looks a lot better, but the right side of that defense sure looks a little weak . . .

I'm open to input about Weegar's trade value.

How's LA? After a few lovely late spring days....we have some wet snow, and looks like it's staying for few days.

You asked about Weegar. With the obsession with RHD, I imagine a cost efficient RHD isn't fo sale. Don't think Woll or Liljegren are NHL ready next season. Bracco leading the AHL in scoring (if that means anything). Maybe the Leafs think his is NHL ready.

Just focusing on Weegar I think he may cost a bit more. I'd consider dealing brown for him because I think we can get more value from Moore then Brown and for much less cost. Brown for Weegar is what id try

I posted this construction in part to demonstrate once again the accuracy of your observation that before we blithely trade away Zaitsev and his cap hit, we ought to have his replacement in hand, or at least in mind.

It's 77 degrees here and sunny enough that you have to leave your windows down when you park your car while shopping.

It's something like that here. I roll down the window to pay the lady at the Tim Horton's drive thru and she hands me a coffee. Thought I quickly roll up he window so wet snow doesn't get in.
