Hutton is worth more. I don't think vancouver deals him.

    Eriksson isn't going anywhere unfortunately.

But, if they do match, they’ll sit around 5-6 million over the cap. So unless they trade Zaitsev and Brown, and play Woll full time, they’re stuck. If they trade both players and replace them with 800k players, they’ll be exactly at the cap limit. That will cause a ton of IR and waiver problems all year. Plus GMs don’t do that. Either Kapanen or Johnsson is traded along with Zaitsev and Brown, or they lose one or both to an offer sheet.

I think this will be the summer for the offer sheets.... think about it. Canucks force the leafs hand and force them to make a tough decision.. if they match for Kap, it puts them tight to the Cap, they have to sign Mitch, and will most likely lose Jake Gardnier in FA. so I think the Canucks should offer sheet Kap, because I think the leafs wouldn't match for the price, they would most likely use that cap space to upgrade their defence. Canucks have cap space now hopefully they use it wisely

Toronto match & trade Brown Zaitsev Marleau, they aren’t losing Kapanen for a 2rd pick
