I can think of three GMs in the Eastern Conference who wouldn't make those deals.

I like Tanev but if i'm T.O, i'm staying the course. That Nylander kid will score them some points in the future. They aren't cup bound for a little while anyway so let the kids improve along the way and bring UFA's to help teach them. Not trade them away.

Also I'm a Sabres fan, and there is a consensus that we make this deal.

But you know if you read the description you would understand the trade

I read the description and I'm wondering how bad Edler is now. A 3rd, a #6 D and a 4th liner who scored 17 points in 70 games is all you can get? Also funny that a guy who netted 17 points projects to your 1st line lol.

Yup, completely missed the description! Either way the comment remains though. Just giving my two cents.

You clearly know nothing about either Pysyk or Girgensons first of all, and second of all, I use this to keep track of my team, the lines are in no way accurate representation of the lines I would use

I agree with you, when I got the offer for Tanev, I jumped at the chance, imagine Pierre-Luc Dubois/Nylander/Horvat down the line as your top 9 C

I know them very well. They are bottom of the roster material on a terrible Sabres team. Just because they were selected in round one doesn't mean they will amount to anything better than the crap they are right now.

Clearly you don't know them, I watch every game, yes all 82 games, Girgs has is a great shutdown C but lost offence when playing in his first real system. Pysyk has incredible advanced stats, and has a great first pass out of the zone, while being fairly good defensively, however he won't rack up many points
