Well it looks like some young guys will get chances to shine. I know it says the team is over the cap but I think with Hyman and Dermott missing the first couple of months with injuries, it'll be close to under. If not another move will have to be made.

Most people go nuts and trade everyone. It's silly. I feel like less is more. It's a young team still and they have come young pieces that could surprise.

As I said in the description Hyman and Dermott being on IR should make it close.

Also there isn't a rule saying you need 23 men on the roster.

It was likely a scenario where the Docs say, "well it won't get worse if you play through it". In the playoffs i'd play through it too.

Again, it would depend on how long Hyman and Dermott are on IR but their cap hits won't count for the time they are on IR. It'll be close but I think some minor tweaks will make it doable. Putting Dermott and Hyman on LTIR is the only way to remove their caps from showing but that is incorrect since they will be on IR not LTIR.
