Ratcliffe and Suzuki have good chemistry now, so I like the idea of having them together going forward. If Philly is interested, I'd do this.

Yep, it's not stupid. I don't know what flyers fan could think of a deal like this. I would disagree to a swap Gost-Drouin, cuz I think Jo will improve in the next few years. But with Radcliffe in the mix i'm willing to do this.

But I would personnaly offer Tatar instead... but Understand that to make it happen they chosen Drouin.
Drouin make sense in Phily... with new coaching staff (Therrien like him a lot!)
Phily would accept as the best player in that trade is Drouin.
and getting Juulsen Very young ready NHL RHD would help tradding Ratcliffe.

They got Farabee LW Phi so they can trade Ratcliffe no problem. Tatar impossible they agreed because he's much older.

I've been working on a Ratcliffe deal for some times. Thiink you 've found a fair value.

The best player in the trade is Ghost not Drouin. Look at the overall body of work not just last season. If Ghost is dealt it should be for an immediate blue line upgrade ie Trouba or Spurgeon not a forward. Our blue line depth as opposed to our forward depth isn’t close.
