Gee, the Oilers have 8.850m tied up in two goalies and still not sure if they have an NHL goalie. As you see that cap doesn't work. Out of the playoff teams shouldn't be cap restrictive but somehow the Oilers have done it.

You can have Donskoi or Nyquist but not both; that $4M give or take is needed to fill out the roster. Unless you want to go back and re-think that Jake Allen acquisition.
