I think you're underpaying Donskoi quite a bit. His comparables are people like Paul Byron and Bryan Rust and both are sitting around the $3.5M per mark. You are also seriously underpaying Labanc. Comparables for him are guys like Nylander and Schmaltz. You either bridge him for 2 years around $4-4.5M per or you long term him in the $6.5M+ range. I would bridge him to make sure it's not a fluke and give myself a couple years to figure out how to long term him.

Labanc gets bridge deal

Donskoi was very streaky, probably, gets around 2.5 million

Kadri should never be a Shark. Fanbase hates him.

Boy, you've got that right. I would throw a FIT if Kadri became a Shark - his style of play is absolutely not what I want on my team, kthanks.

Assuming that Pavelski is going to be playing hockey in the NHL next year, he won't be making >5 million dollars, not happening. Also, if you think he's disposable wrt the Sharks you CLEARLY weren't paying attention to the Sharks during rounds one or two of the playoffs this year.

Even setting aside the joke that is your salary for Labanc and Donskoi (and Donni won't be back in teal next year, I'd bet everything in my checking account on that), I don't think that LD lineup isn't going to be enough to win a cup. Ryan isn't nearly as good a Defensman as Dillon is, Middleton is 100% unproven, and Simek (as much as I and the rest of the Sharks fans love him) is coming back from some really serious knee surgery and is going to have to prove himself again.

Probably man. One of those guys Dylan Gambrell was the only Shark to score a goal in the conference finals Game 6 for the Sharks and is our best prospect at forward. Not to mention this deal clears about 1.5mil in cap savings.

Dillon is an elite bottom pairing dman on the left side (average top4 guy) with size but who also can skate and is smart defensively. You could use a guy like that to get you over the hump against the Bruins.

Suomela finished the Finnish league as the top player in scoring and half the league wanted to sign him but Sharks got him.

His play is excellent actually. He's no Haley.

And if the Sharks fanbase can make Raffi Torres not just accepted but a fan favorite eventually then they'll have zero problem getting to love Kadri.
