I would love to have Johnsson, but I don’t know if I would get rid of Jones for him.

I would do this for the PHI trade:
TOR: Laughton, Ratcliffe, and a 3rd
PHI: Kadri and Brown

I don’t see Kadri getting traded after a down year, it would be bad asset management. Marner probably gets slightly less, more around 9.5 range.

I disagree. I think his stats are deflated a bit from playing in roles behind matthews and tavares. I could see is value trending downward on the leafs with his role being what it is.

I think now is the time to trade him with his value still holding a bit. Teams might start to think its a greater risk trading for him after another down year when I really think its role based. I get what your saying I just don't see it rebounding much and it being more harm to hold onto him rather than using his value at what it is and getting some cap relief and assets back.

Should be kappy for bear. We are too thin on the left wing.

Would you take Bear instead of Jones? He's a righty unlike Jones, and has similar upside, scored at an identical points per game in the AHL to Jones this season. Jones might be a bit more physical, but that's it. I'd just rather give up Bear because we have Bouchard coming next season

Kadri underperformed his xG by 4 and had a significantly lower s% than his career average
