Half of the NHL does cocaine. He does not. From Igor Eronko (who knows him personally): "Kuznetsov explains this he met one of his acquaintances last summer, took some time with him and left in a couple of minutes, but he never ever tried the drugs. That's a thing I really do believe in knowing Evgeni and his parents."

I don’t actually think there are rules pertaining to videos of players with substances, as long as they don’t test positive

The video on twitter was deleted... Was Kuznetsov doing drugs in the video or was he just in the video and drugs were clearly present? I'd think the NHL will probably just test him and if it's negative, no repercussions, and if it's positive, then go from there.

I think the thing that sets this apart is that the NHL needs to crack (pun somewhat intended) down on illegal drug use, and this could be used as an example.

People using it isnt a problem. And wheres your proof of price using it?

There may be publicity things. Doesnt mean nhl should act on it. Its more of a problems to teams that care about images. Not the nhl as a whole. Also the caps signed richards, doubt they care if kuzy snorts the nose powder

I wonder how many games he would get suspended for and how much money he would get fined if he did do it? It's rough to coculate so I'm not sure I'm not a methematician.

In all honesty I hope he didn't do any he is a good player and I don't want his reputation tainted.

I don't really give a **** what these guys do as long as it doesn't give them an unfair advantage in terms of athletic ability, but the fact is it's illegal and the law is the law.

That was a year ago after winning the Stanley Cup. Kuznetsov himself says that he never took drugs and I believe him. He says he walked into the room of a friend, he saw what they do there, he sat for a couple minutes and left.

then it is a pretty huge coincidence that prices play suddenly worsened after someone "lied" about something that does this.
i also am not trying to ruin his reputation, he is my favorite goaltender, so why would I do that?
also 50% of people in high level pro hockey do cocaine, because it is very expensive (according to my dealer (jk)) (i dont do drugs i swear) and it is something they can afford.
Fhl, sphl, lnah and junior players smoke weed, because it is cheap.

I believe him too, but you never know. I think he should be tested. Like I said, I really don't care if a guy wants to do cocaine, that's their decision, but that doesn't change the fact it's illegal. I just don't get why he would a) let his friend record him there and b) not just walk out right away and tell his friend that he can't be around that stuff. If it were really his friend, they would understand that he's a professional athlete and can't be doing or at the very least be seen with drugs.

So who knows what happened there, maybe it's not even friends drugs, there may be some kind of party was or something. In fact, Kuznetsov fairly well-known prankster, he loves this way to Troll. Of course it can be checked, but if Kuznetsov himself says that it was a year ago, even if we assume that he took drugs, there is nothing to find.

No, I saw it, that there was before it is unclear. Some girl is sleeping, but at least Kuznetsov in the video aren't taking drugs.
