What would be the return for this

Description
Atm, I cant see Marner signing a 6 or 8 year deal. Since he propably doesn't wanna leave Toronto and he's not going to get as much as he wants from a long-term deal, a 3 year deal would make more sense to me.

Duszak the college kid gets his chance in the NHL. Dermott replaces Duszak when he gets healthy and then management takes a look at Duszak and decide what to do with him.

Would moving Zaitsev with Kapanen be all that crazy? I mean, I personally haven't followed any insiders, but over here I have only heard about Leafs having negotiations with Marner and Johnsson, nothing about Kapanen...

I think Dallas would be a fit for both Zaitsev and Kapanen. Zaitsev would propably get paired with Heiskanen and as looking at how well he played with Muzzin I think he'd be just fine with Heiskanen aswell. So what would be the return from Dallas in a scenario like this? Thoughts on the lineup?

    That d is getting lit up and the team will have the worst PK in the league. No playoffs with that roster.

    You can facepalm all you want. Zaitsev is at best a neutral asset with a **** contract. Dallas’ incentive to take him is Kapanen. Honka works as he’s a rd and needs a change of scenery. Would you prefer a late pick instead? The Leafs also gain about 6 million in cap space.

    I’m happy with the Patrick pick but watching Miro
    play does bring up the occasional second guessing. What a fantastic skater. Patrick made more sense organizationally

    In the eyes of ppl getting their hockey knowledge from NHL 2019 proly, the Russian National roster coach thinks differently, and so do proly many GMs around the League...

    Honka, ye, Zaitsev with his stats is sh.t but Honka rules the ice.....

    No one ever said Honka rules anything. And yes Zatisev with his stats and contract is ****. Wouldn’t know about NHL 2019 but I’m sure you can tell me all about it.
