      Theres Part 2 : https://www.capfriendly.com/forums/thread/230663

Cap rise = 7M for Expansion Draft ( didnt spent all in case Palhal will hunt me its to high )

      3#C

      UFA signing

HYMAN GONE ( Expansion draft )

while "leetching" good pointage on first line, he will be with 4 consecutive 40 points season which will make him to expensive to resign, being replaced by cheaper version of checking youngsters, Marchment and still to see Mikheyev

      GOALIES

      Backup as optional

Lines created as all three Seasons

Checker – Star – Speedy winger

An interesting take. I do like that miller expires in time for Rielly’s Pay day.

Players that are missing, rhd prospect depth

Haven’t seen hollowell Duszak lindgren or Rasanen. Of the 4?you would have to think at least one gets atleast a shot at the big team. Would like to see Lilly on 2nd pair by this time.

Lhd depth prospects. Well you ditched Rosen and Dermott so our pool on defence can’t be great although we would hopefully find something with the 2nd rounders. Would like to see sandin a bit higher in the depth.

Forwards... can’t see marchment as a full time nhlr on the mathews line butvthat purely speculative. Assuming Hyman went to Seattle or was he lost in ufa?

I didnt went to spam signing box with the kids, we know they will be signed and standing in line, as for Duszak and Hollowell, im still "moneyballing" with idea of turning them into wingers, so small, speedy, hot on scoring atm kids, size as their handicap as Ds unless they will be paired with 6'4 guys that we dont have atm ( BOS & Krug ), also with that kind of transition you get two-way forwards and quality PK-lers

About prospects, check the last paragraph in my first thread post, explaining why 2021 Draft will be the first to bring in anything that TML will be able to use.

      Hyman, added in description post.

Must have missed the part about hyman. I get that you aren’t showing showing the depth signing. Pretty sure Rasanen adds enough size for the whole blueline lol. Lindgren is a fair size at 6’. You are showing 4 years after drafting and signing thatbthe best we get is a bottom pair. I’m a bit more optimistic.

Good job either way.it’s a balanced team.

      Nice stuff, Laudon.

If the Marleau, Z and Brown rumours are true the Leafs cap crunch next could disappear in a hurry, and then after that they look pretty solid moving forward for some time.

Really like the idea of the leafs prying Spurgeon out. I hope that happens.

      Forgot to comment this.

As i said, lines are : Speedy winger - Star - Checker ( Hyman, Moore, Marchment, Mikheyev ) Cause Moore 5'11, he cant be in same line as Marner, so fitting those checkers into Lines by height leveling

That is certainly the old formula but dubas likes his fast small guys. When playoffs role around I find yours to be a better battle formula though.

In 21/22 none of our prospects have developed higher than bottom pairing D.

      Got it.
Things are set, three lines packed as packed can be, with 3#C as only demand to fill, first two Pairs set also, the best of the best that we have can only reach 3rd Pair....aint that called sweet worries ?

True enough. The one thing I do like is the option to sign the pair cheaper. After the season that you are showing muzzin could be moved and miller walks in ufa.

Miller walks for sure, money for Rielly will be needed.

while mentioning 3#C...do you think Part2 ditch of Dermott and Martinez could bring in some kids like Wallmark ( CAR ) or Andersson ( NYR ).....youknow.....the Swedes
