I saw this on a Rangers team, so I just made this deal as if Anaheim did it to see and it doesn’t make much sense.

yeah I don't think that Rangers fan is being rational. Also doesn't make sense to me why you guys would go out of your way to trade dmen and add cap after the Montour deal and considering Terry/Jones/Steel/Lundestrom all needing spots on the big club to develop.

I think a Silfverberg or Rakell or Henrique deal makes more sense for you guys but again, I don't see the Rangers as a fit.

That's not true. Or at least that better not be true. For all of his gifts he still, after six seasons, makes so many mistakes. I mean this package won't do it but if the right collection of players is purposed, he can absolutely be traded. In my opinion only Gibson is truly untouchable.

Watch some tape on Lindholm. He does many things well but he turns the puck over a lot down low and he loses his man more times than I can tolerate for someone who plays as much as he does and makes as much as he does. And my god is he terrible defending a 2-on-1. With his skillset he should be one of the premiere d-men in the league but he's not. He's a really good player but he's not untouchable. He also should be discarded for anything less than a great package of players.
