Ottawa doesn't care if Scandella is better for one year. What's the difference?? Maybe 50 points instead of 46??? Make the money equal and Ottawa trades Borowieke for Scandella.

Retain half of Okposo and maybe Ottawa cares. Ship them StL 1 st, #31 thanks to Botterill's great ROR trade, too.
