Please note that I realize that Zaitsev was not drafted by the Leafs but they were a little thin at the back end so I added him because he signed directly with the Leafs as a FA.

Damn. Looks pretty bad. ? Especially if you have to add in players because it’s looking thin.

Except for Leivo and Grundstrom all of those players would have been eligible to be UFAs years ago. So unlikely they were the Leafs to keep.

Absolutely but I think you are missing the point of the exercise...I simply put together a hypothetical lineup of players that were drafted by the Leafs and are currently active in the NHL. It's essentially a way to see how teams have done in the draft over the years more than anything else. Have a good one!
