You're right...they are both UFA's I believe, thought I'd signed them, seems I forgot.

Brossoit was drafted by the Flame apparently...went to EDM in what looks like a salary dump deal involving Ladislav Smid back in 2013.

True! I've done this exercise with a few teams now and it is curious how some teams are really weak in some areas. I can understand that draft picks do not always pan out but there are teams that have had awful luck, or bad drafting, at different positions. I mean, if you look at the Leafs, their D is a weakness right now for a reason, they have an awful record in drafting D. Their 6 on my list of active NHLers that they drafted are - Rielly, Dermott, Gunnarson, Zaitsev, Schenn and Pateryn (...nothing to write home about)...so thin, that i added Zaitsev even though he was a FA pick-up from Russia and not a draft pick.

yah it sure is an exercise, I did the Oilers on here, just to work around cap space and stuff, it even showed me where they actually NEED players and how hard it is to get rid of players with unmovable contracts,

That is why I liked Tambelinni, he would do nothing, which was good, we would have all our good players and Barzel as well!
