They're going to do everything they can to keep Severson, but I think this same trade with the 2019 2nd instead of the 2020 1st is more realistic.

If Skinner gets 8 x 9 mil, not sure Laine gets done for 9.25. Also, agree with Devils trade - they won't trade a first because they are still rebuilding. Maybe their own 2nd rounder this year (34th overall) and another 2nd later in the round instead.

If Trouba agrees to a sign and trade, And that's a big IF. It'll be far more then $7.25 million for 8 years. Try more like 8 x 8 or 8 x 8.5 Trouba wants big money.
