Saw someone talking about Kucherov (not happening)

Description
Streit trade would not be necessary, but I threw it in there as the Flyers attempt to gain another draft pick in the top 100 this year after submitting the offer sheet for Kucherov. The cap would currently be roughly +1 mil once Vinny retires. It also makes some cap space for call-ups in case of injuries.

I know that teams losing RFA's are extremely rare and almost never happen, but if the Flyers would submit an offer sheet for Kucherov at 5 years 7 mil they would definitely put TBL in a difficult situation if they wish to retain Stamkos. Obviously, I think Tampa retains Kucherov, but this was just to see what the Flyers could look like.

***NOTE*** Flyers do have a history of offering offer sheets to restricted free agents. In 2008 they attempted to pry Shea Weber from NSH by offering a massive contract that NSH eventually matched.

        Not a fan of Lovejoy (you can probably do better with the cap reportedly going up) or three more years of Ryan White, but it's a strong looking team overall.
