Oh I know is extremely unlikely. Lee is reportedly asking for 7-8 years at $7M AAV. That is a disaster of a contract, Ehlers is signed for 6 years at $6M and is younger and better than Lee. Unless you mean sign Lee AND get ehlers and panarin

Leddy can easily get a 2nd in return or a top 6 FWD. he has a friendly cap hit that will expire when he turns 29.

This is a dream scenario. We could move out Komarov, Boychuk, etc for picks. Not realistic but in a DREAM scenario we could get a pick for Komarov and and maybe for Boychuk. I see a "dream" scenario being the best possible scenario without being completely ridiculous. It's very unlikely we can get anything for Komarov or Boychuk at their contracts, but this is a DREAM scenario, and it's not as unrealistic as stuff like McDavid for a 7th.
