Thanks! Yeah he was more of a throw-in, he could definitely use a change of scenery.

I don't know much about Tomasino, does he bring the speed Minny needs?

Absolutely, I think he's one of the better skaters in the draft. Plays a pretty similar game to Newhook to be completely honest but doesn't have quite as high of a top-speed. He's one of, if not the, most underrated prospects in the draft IMO.

That's good. As a Sharks fan I always liked some of the pieces Minnesota has and despite his contract Parise is a nice player to watch. Dumba has been great to watch but I'm tired of seeing Minny be so...average.

You and me both. I'm sick of either being not quite good enough to make the playoffs or good enough to make it but not good enough to make a deep run. I've felt we needed to make big changes for a couple years now but Chuck Fletcher never wanted to trade any core pieces. I'm not sure Fenton has made the right trades or not, but he definitely tore the once young core down...

Sharks are one of my favorite teams, I'd love to see you guys win a cup in the next few years.

Also I think Parise, Suter and Pavelski work great together as they are all friends as well.. That would be a fun Power Play.

Good thinking as usual. But expecting Pavelski to leave San Jose is wishful thinking. I think that happens only if the Sharks doesn't offer him something close to what he deserves.

Thanks! Sharks are in a pretty bad spot with their cap even after trading Braun, they have to re-sign Meier and Labanc which will cost them a lot. Russo apparently knows Pavelski pretty well and has said he isn't happy about not being extended yet, so I wouldn't say it's that far fetched. Who knows I guess, I think he goes to Chicago if he walks.

This is correct. I am thinking, Meier and Labanc will have to take very team friendly bridge deals in order to keep Pavs and Jumbo. If SJ does keep Pavs though, Nyquist will be available and he is pretty nice.
