St. Louis might need to open a team-sponsored retirement center at the end of the year.

I do like the thought of Perry though.

I'm going to the Prospect Camp that the Blues are holding at the end of the week, and hopefully Klim Kostin, or Dominik Bokk are ready to hold that 3rd Wing Spot down. I have a lot of hope for Mitch Reinke beating out Bortuzzo, and some have actually said by next year he should. And I would expect Blues try to make something cheap and do a deal with Ville Husso where he plays backup, and maybe you can get Evan Fitzpatrick some ice time as well. But a lot of people expect Husso to be ready by the end of the year. I am still skeptical about his down year from last year for it, so maybe Anderson is a wise move to make, but we will only see in the near future what they actually come up with. Edmundson I feel has to go, but I don't think Werenski is for sale, and he doesn't fit the bill of a Defensive LHD that could pickup the slack of Pietrangelo who gets out of position way too easily.

I wouldn't want to give up Perunovich, and Sanford they have been key pretty solid. SP in college, and Sanford has been a very solid depth piece. Fabbri I think needs a change of scenery. Bouwmeester, and Parayko have been our best pairing those 2 stay together, and you might look at Dunn, and Pietrangelo, and getting an experienced old veteran to work with Bortuzzo, and Reinke.

You have the right idea with the 2nd Line, but I think it would be Schenn-Thomas-Perron. They want to get Thomas ready for the 1-2 punch, and with all the rumors of Schenn not coming back Thomas needs to get the experience at Center before Schenn does leave the team. Marleau is not someone who I think we need, nor do I think we need Perry because we have some open spots that need to be filled, and those spots are pretty much on lock for Kyrou, and maybe 1 of Kostin/Bokk.

Hell to the no on Marleau, and hell to the no on that awful Anderson trade.
