Yea i think they need their 2020 1st rounder. They don't even know if they are giving up their 2020 or their 2021, but most likely 2020. I think it has to be your own 4 1st round picks and not the ones you get from other teams, but I might be wrong

under the 10.5mil its 2 1sts ,2nd ,3rd I believe. Thats why i offer sheeted at 10.45.
Front load it with all signing bonuses, realy hard for Carolina to match that.
