7. The signing of Hartman: Low cost, high 4th line reward. In the past he struggled because he was expected to play 2nd or 3rd line roles. We want him to be an energizing 4th liner that can provide speed, physicality and even goals. There are three things that will keep him playing well. One is the hope of a new contract from the Avs since he's been past over a lot, the hope of moving up to the third line in possibly Calvert's place if he plays well enough, and the fear that the five or so young forwards that are coming up will take his spot
8. Sign AHL players (Saigeon needs an ELC)
9. Maybe get Kammy on the PP/Maybe get Byram on the PP, we have options
