Liljegren is not ready to play in the NHL.
I don't think Brown is the sweetener on the deal. He's another cap dump.
Also if Ceci is your 1RHD you are in trouble.
I think they trade NZ for Ceci.....I don't think they resign Ceci.

Zaitsev isn't a pure cap dump. Leafs have the space to sign Marner now with over $12M available. Ceci will likely be a bottom pair guy with Rosen. It won't be a good pairing but it won't be terrible. Shelter their minutes to see how it goes. But letting him walk for nothing makes no sense at all
