Williams has said if he comes back, it'll only be to Raleigh. He's a Hurricane until he retires now. He's a captain and Carolina can pay him more.

Yeah I don’t really see any of these trade or signing scenarios happening. Just trying to see what I can do and whether it’d be fair value.
