Yes.

The Kings might be terrible now, but they're in a better position to rebuild than the Pens. The Penguins have a handful of competitive years remaining, but have mortgaged the future so much that they don't have any quality prospects remaining in the pipeline. That's what happens when you trade away every 1st round pick for 6 years in a row.

So your logic is to not move a 3-4 LW on an expiring contract along with a B prospect goalie (on a team flush with goalie talent right now) for a fast fore-checking winger that can play both sides and can hang with 2 of the best centers in the world on a multi-year affordable contract just because PIT has moved most if not all of their 1st round picks?
