For sure, I know the cap is calculated on a per day basis so that 130k in space continues to add as you move along the season. With call up/send downs they should be able to squeexe some more money.
Also my real hope is that Ceci is get showcased with Reilly for the first few months and then flipped for an asset..

It 10 games and neither player is expected to return until November the earliest meaning they will miss 10 games for sure since there are more than that in October alone.
