Killorn says no, and I think Sarge alone has more value than Risto.

Sergachev for Risto was too easy. Killorn is a fine player, with a cap hit that Tampa doesn't need, so I kinda just dumped him in there. I doubt tampa does that, Risto is heavily overrated by SN/TSN, but it's rumoured so I thought I'd see how this would work.

Killorn was in a way a negative asset in this trade. I'm sure he has value, but Tampa doesn't really need him, and it was an easy way to get rid of his cap hit, while Buffalo would probably love sergachev for Risto, and like Killorn too.

Buffalo needs to give back some picks or prospects or something. At a minimum.

I don't think Killorn would want to go to Buffalo though. I don't know what Yzerman's obsession with giving away NTC is, but I'm surprised Kucherov's new deal doesn't have one.

That's fair. Risto and a 2nd may be better, but I feel like Buffalo will think Risto has value due to offensive game, size, and media value, whether any of that actually makes him competent at 5on5 or not.

That's fair. In this Killorn would have to waive, but I feel like BriseBois could find a way to get him traded.

Good players dont need a NTC .. if they traded things not working out on multiple levels.. NTCs for the middle crap .. Gourde Killorn Johnson Palat are killing this team ..
