ah, yes, making a judgment about a player's ability to play in the NHL based on a single 55-game-sample. yep, definitely the best way to judge hockey prospects.
for someone who never watched him play you sure make a lot of judgements. You can clearly tell by my posts talking about the refs in the back of the net for CBJ that I damn well watch a lot of their games. I know that team well. I'm very familiar with Milano as a player. You can keep thinking it's not a fair judgement, but it is. Hell he was a 16OA drafted, and you are over here acting like he has no talent. He has plenty of talent.

and I quote, "milano played 55 games in the NHL 2 years ago and he put up 14 goals in doing it. Don't think he can't play."
when you phrase it like that, sounds like you're criticizing him based on a real small sample size, there, chief.
I never said I was criticizing Sonny Milano's talent level, as you appear to be asserting. I was criticizing what appeared to be a narrow-minded judgment of his ability from your end.

how does "don't think he can't play" sound like criticizing him?
He has defensive issue, that isn't anything new, anyone who watched him knows that, but he was in the NHL at 21 then. He needed to grow his game with more ice time that's why they sent him down. There is nothing there that I said that isn't fair about it.

oh, WHOOPS, mis-read that as "don't think he can play." my bad. I've had a strenuous day so far.
