bringing back an arguably worst lineup than last year. I guess it's good if you want to just draft a lot for the next couple years.

My guess is that they go heavy on the tank, try to move Carter, Quick and maybe Doughty at the deadline (although their contracts will be rough) and buy out Lucic next season.

I could see the dump a lot of players can't imagine they dump doughty though. I think they are hoping to overachieve and push for a quick rebuild like the leafs or somehow steal a wild card spot. Either way it will be interesting to see.

The Leafs had a quick turn around due to having young players, something LA doesn't really have in great supply. They don't have a quick turn around in their future. They will be bad for a while.

yes I'm not saying they have the young players but they might make some rash trades and try to win lol. I've seen it happen before

1000% I think they will do the same crap teams do year after year. At a certain point you should know that the days of being at the top are behind you, time catches up to all of us. LA's time is done but I imagine they will try to win one more time with Doughty and Kopitar, unfortunately its not going to happen. The team is dust and will do just enough to not finish last and get a good pick.
