That is crazy how bad EDM wingers are ! Dont mean to be salty but I'm an habs fan and guys like tatar,drouin,gally,leckho,byron or armia could all play top 6 in EDM !

If Edmonton didn't trade anyone they would have solid scoring 3 scoring lines:
Anyone McD Yaks
Anyone Draisatl Eberle
Hall Nuge Anyone

I know Yakupov wasn't amazing but he had high end skill and would have done great wit McD

Yes, Nuge is better then Domi currently. Nuge gets all the hard match ups for the Oilers starts most the time in Defensive zone while Domi got like 60% or more offensive zone starts. Domi did have a really good offensive year though and MTL will be forking over some big dollars if he repeats

Benson-Nuge-Draisaitl 2nd line.. McD plays 24 minutes a night nobody but Draisatl was making that so just have McD have two sets of wingers Khaira/Archibald and Nygard/Kassian both sets are fast and have a heavy forechecker. If anyone can do it would be McDavid

That is suppose to be a bad thing ? His coach trust him when we need to score. Ok he has more oppurtunity on the offensive zone but he is not playing with the best player in the league or a 50 goal scorer on the PP. Also Nuge was getting a lot of defensive zone faceoff. But was he doing the job ? His -13 while having is best offensive season might tell that he is not a very good defensive guy like you seem to tell. Agree to disagree. I have to say I dont watch as many Oilers game as you probably so my judgement of Nuge is not as good as yours. I would love to see Domi playing with McDavid. I do think he skate well enought to have sucess
