I remember watching the draft when the rangers picked him, i own his jersey, I'm a big fan of his. it's a tough decision, but probably the rite one. if he gets to the open market he'll get more then hayes.

when it comes to the asking price for him, its hard to decide what he'll get or what team he'll go to. you probably rite, dev might not want to give up a 2020 first. i just put a first and second because i didnt want to spend time researching prospects. its just a base of what he could get.

If NJD was well into playoffs, I could see Kreider as maybe deadline acquisition. But not likely before season. Also, doesn't fit their style of play.
