Unfortunately, Strome is likely to cost around $5M, but maybe the Leafs can shelter his production this coming season in a 3rd line role.

honestly idk .... since defence is a bit ehhhhh .... and money is tight. I have a feeling someone will need to be traded to deal with Strome if Tor ends up keeping him.

Man your profile picture really make me miss Hossa. As a leafs fan, I was so sad to hear him having to leave the NHL for his condition, a true beauty!

Maybe Strome will take a paycut to play for his hometown team, unlike Marner. Am I the only person who believes Strome has the potential to be better than Marner by the time their careers end?

some people start off strong and stay strong, other people are a slow burn .... only time will tell about Strome, but he is a very good player with lots of strengths, and if he keeps working on his weakness he will be unstoppable.

Yeah. Strome’s main weakness is his lack of footspeed and agility, but he’s got great vision and hockey sense. Please check out my all time Czech Republic team and let me know in the comment section what you think of my selections! https://www.capfriendly.com/armchair-gm/team/1345965
