Idk, I think they're still gonna need to make some more moves if they want to get past the first round in the spring. I don't consider Frolik a cap dump at all but I do think GM'S know some of their counterparts are over a barrel so this is what it'll take to move some guys even if they're still good players.
Not a Flames fan for the record.

I agree, think his value is neutral. Get a 4th or a 5th. He is a good player but a bit overpaid. But he is also ufa. In most cases when I do flames agm’s I keep frolik as money in the bank to replace sign Andersson, Hamonic and jankowski. Working on one right now that adds Gusev will throw it up soon.
