3-team trade between SJ-OTT-NJD

Devils still have plenty of cap to re-sign Hall. Sharks still have plenty of cap to re-sign Labanc.

Deal's logistics:

To offer sheet Marner, SJ involves OTT in the deal to get their 2020 1st round pick back.

Burns agrees to waive his NTC for NJD with all the moves New Jersey has made to become a contender. Obviously this is the biggest caveat in the deal -- but this is hypothetically assuming with the biggest of IF's that Burns waives his NTC.

You got 5m coming off the books with Simmonds too, plus a few more contracts.

4 first rounders for a team that props only has 2-3 years max of serious contention. Unlikely but do love the marner to SJ movement. I mean he did come to SJ this past weekend
