Rangers aren't allowed to offer that and Deangelo/Lemieux wouldn't take that. For both of them together they should take up about $4,000,000

contract amt is the qualifying offers but yeah term needs to be 1 year

Knew the qualifying offers were under a mill wasn’t sure if they were 1 or 2 years thanks for the info
