I do work for Dobberprospects, scouting a lot.. specialization for Central Europe (Slovakia and Czech Republic mostly), but I do like to get my hands on CHL stuff as well. Im doing it for few months now and.. I have some good contacts as well, but Im just starting out. And I have my own blog in Slovakia as well with my buddies who are hockey fanatics as well but we all specify in something else (me in drafting and such).

Since Bracco, and Timashov can be waived....I'd keep them so they aren't worth much in a trade. Gauthier, Leafs somewhat need him and he doesn't cost any cap even if waived.
Ceci, Leafs need him at RHD this season. He wouldn't get much in a trade without taking back cap, so the Leafs might as well keep him.
Marner, I wouldn't trade. Wait for offer sheet....hey it hasn't happen yet and don't know of any team that is going to do it anyway, most for cap reasons, if not this year but future years.
But if any offer came, I wouldn't mind having that 10m allotted to Marner to spend on other player(s) in the next few years plus the picks.
