how are guys like Dumba, Provorov, Ekblad and OEL 4th tier but Parayko is 2nd? Didn't you say 3rd tier is #1 D? how is Parayko 2nd?

Makar hasn't played a single reg season game yet he's 3rd?

Girard and Barrie 5th? wtf is this list??

My pick is Kakko but that may or may not be biased. I just don’t think he belongs in any of these tiers because he has yet to prove anything. He was great in the post-season and is poised for a great rookie season, but 10 games doesn’t make him that good, yet...
