Buffalo Trade = Pass: Shore is an excellent young bottom 6 guy. Trading him for a bag of pucks hurts the rebuild
Chicago Trade = Accept!: Giving MTL our 4th for Deslauriers was a dumb move in the first place. At least we can recoup that loss here. Besides, we can just pickup Grant mid-season after he is inevitably put on waivers. (And then all hail the re-re-return of our favorite No.1 elite center Derek Grant!)
Edmonton Trade = Pass: Rowney has value as a 4th liner. Archibald is a healthy scratch on the right side
Montreal Trade = Pass: Silf has proven himself for many years and still projects to be a solid middle 6 winger for the foreseeable future. No sense in trading him for a bottom sixer unless MTL bumps that pick from a 2nd to a 1st.
Toronto Trade = Pass: Hampy is our best defender. You gotta trade talent to get talent.
Columbus Trade = Pass: Wow. Just wow. ANA rejects this offer and tells CBJ to "Lose my number."
Nashville Trade = Pass: Actually, I think
both parties say pass on this one. 1) ANA would like to keep The Captain in town for as long as possible as he is the face of the franchise. 2) Nashville isn't interested in an over-priced, aging, center coming off his worst year in a decade
Sooo, TLDR 1/7
