I was a big fan of the McCann Crosby Guentzel line, but they've been putting Kahun with Crosby and Guentzel which isn't bad either, and Tanev with Malkin and Galch, which I don't really like, but the players and coaches seem to so I'll take it ig lol

The Malkin, galchenyuk, tanev line looked pretty good last night. Tanevs speed was noticeable. With his work on the boards and defensive responsibility it might end up being a good fit.

They will change as the season goes on. They have a lot of speed in the forward group now. Much more than last year.
You will probably see Rust on the 3rd line and Hornqvist on the 4th at some point unless he's traded out. Just to increase the speed of the line. Rust is a very fast player, to fast to sit on the 4th line I think.

D pairings are hard to get. 1st pair is right. 2nd pair depends on who the 3rd pair is going to be.
I don't know if they can honestly start JJ at this point. They have better defense men. As far as who takes him. It's always easy to trade defense men. There aren't many people who play it. Hutton was the last LD FA available, he's signed. Maybe there is one for trade in Carolina. But where else are you finding one if you need one?

ZAR doesn't play center. Not knocking you, I haven't understood why sites have him as center. He's only taken 24 FO in 59 games.
