johansson was awesome here, especially in the playoffs. But i think the bruins 3 years in a row now have shown us why defensive depth in the playoffs is so important. miller, moore, chara, grz, all missed time with injuries. we had steven kampfer playing real minutes. imagine if miller and moore are both gone. moore can be replaced with vaak lauzon zboril etc. but after miller the right handed d is a huge drop off.

Worth noting, urho was called up today, and Clifton was sent down.

i think this was purely a paper move. i dont think urho is actually making the trip. they "sent" kuhlman down as well but he was 2nd line rw at practice.

Possible, but not a move i understand. All three are not waiver guys, and if they’re putting Moore on LTIR they’re going to want to be as close to the cap as possible when they do that.
