You're not even close on any of these deals Mantha 8 x 7.5 Bertuzzi 7 x 5 and AA 6 x 5.5 those are very realistic signings for those 3 players you're way under on both AA and Bertuzzi remember AA's agent is Darren Ferris and he's notorious for getting his clients outrageous offers.

But you also talk about cap space and giving Holtby whatever he wants. So clearly cap space is included in what you're doing. So how does that work without accurate contracts? And again, no one should give Holtby that deal. Or any deal above like $5 mil

Even if the FA’s get a bit more (Mantha, Athanasiou, Bertuzzi), they’d still likely have some decent cap space remaining. It also depends on whether they buy Nielsen out, which I think they should. If they were to sign or trade for a cheaper goalie than Holtby, they’d have even more flexibility. I gave them contracts to just get them on the team, I’m not going to try to forecast exact details this early in the season when I’m doing this for fun. One thing I do know is that Holtby’s gonna get paid based on the goalie contract comparables
