Even with an extension, no way, a minor upgrade over Olofsson at the cost of Pilut and eating Schneiders contract, not worth at all. 1st and Bryson is as high as i'll go for Hall

Devils are not trading Schneider. No way, no need. They'll just buy him out after this season. There's no reason for a young, rebuilding team to trade a bad contract and give up picks when they don't have to. It's only gonna cost the Devils $2M per year for 4 years. Also, Olofsson is already 24 and he's done very little 5on5. I'd much rather have an 18-19 year old A prospect.

don't see why devils wouldn't trade schneider. great trade bait, surely some ignorant GM still thinks he's worth something.
