Ehh he kind of is untouchable. He's as big a part of the rebuild as anyone. Just because you are rebuilding doesn't mean you trade away the very pieces you are building the rebuild around.

I mean he's untouchable in that it's very unlikely someone would pay what it would take to move him

You are right, no one is untouchable, hell The Great One was traded. As far as this trade, no, it is not good enough, because the rebuild is in swing this sets it back. You have a core or a foundation that you build on and Mantha is one of the build blocks, if a team rebuilding keeps trading the blocks that start the rebuild they will be stuck in that rebuild.

Could Mantha be traded, Yes, for this package No.
