I just think he's much more dynamic and skilled than Monahan. Nylander might not be as good defensively, but that's what Backlund is here for.

Flames giving up FAR too much for a soft Nylander, no TY.
Buffalo not giving up enough for Monahan, he's a 30/30+ player every year since he was drafted at a phenomenal cap hit... not a chance they trade him for that.
