eh dont like it. if were parting with gustafsson its gonna be for picks or prospects not another rental in galchenyuk. Crawford is playing way better than Murray on a far worse team Murray would be a disaster in chicago. thats another move you only make for a future asset. i think overall its an even trade maybe even a little skewed towards chi its just not one that makes sense given where the hawks are as a team

I dont think this trade is skewed in CHI favour, i think this is a trade which is bad for all teams involved. No need for the hawks to trade Gusty and Crawford together and why would the pens want a significantly older goalie in return. Just a bad trade all around

It seems to me that Crow & Gus, both in the final year of the contract would be in separate deals. Most likely they would be moved for picks or prospects. I can’t see a GM acquiring two ‘rentals’ from the same club.
