Brodin is NOT a top pair defender
Stall is NOT a 30 goal scorer anymore (1 time since 2010-11 doesn't cut it)
Stalock is an okay backup

he scored 40 plus just 2 seasons ago. brodin is a top pairing D. he's not an offensive beast, nor is he necessarily elite, but he is a very serviceable top 4 who can play top 2 mins. sure i'll agree that staal isn't a 30 goal scorer, but he can still score 20 and put up 50 plus points and is 6'4 and a big center.

The fact that Leafs fans are always offering Bracco in trades (not just with the Wild) tells me Wild don't want him.
Why are you interested in Staal? Leafs look good down the middle as far as top 2 lines, bottom 2 I don't know much about.

At no point will I disagree that Staal is a solid player.
At no point will I disagree that Brodin is a serviceable top 4 defender.
At no point will I disagree that Stalock is a good backup.
I will argue all day long that Stall is NOT a 30 goal scorer in the NHL right now.

I'd take all three on my team and again, if I'm running the Wild I wouldn't do the deal proposed, but lets not **** all over the guy and exaggerate what those players are.
