It is. For Montreal to be able to get all these players and fit under what will probs be a 83.5 mil cap, would be a dream come true and nothing short of a miracle. However it could be plausible for Montreal to essentially steal Sergachev from Tampa because of their cap space and that they might not be able to match, but you're right, it is just a joke.
