retention values equate to the same.

1.5M x 2Y = 3M
.75M x 4Y = 3M

NJ's cap is expendable now and might not be in 2 years. SJS thinks they are still competitive. Really the move just spreads apart the AAV of the contracts to make Jones more balanced and Schneider front heavy
