Byfield won't even be NHL ready next year....not even close. Prob only LaF, and even that is iffy.

Lol, I'd take Byfield as a 3C rn, Laf as a top 6 forward, Raymond could probably play in a bottom 6 as well RN, that's wIth 6 months to develop in guys like Stutzle Holtz Lundell...Perfetti and Rossi are similar to Dach, plus Mysak is p good

Not a chance. The kid barely played at the World Juniors. These kids are so overhyped it's unreal. You COULD play them in the bottom 6 but that doesn't mean they are ready, much like Ras last year. Most of these kids won't be close to ready.

Just bc they didn't play at the WJC doesn't mean they aren't ready, guys like McMichael are clearly ready RN, and almost every team plays their older kids bc they know the younger ones will probably make the team again next year, plus playing in the WJC is VASTLY different than playing in the NHL CHL or even SHL

....you're out of touch.

"plus playing in the WJC is VASTLY different than playing in the NHL CHL or even SHL"....ya, it's WAYYYYY easier. Byfield is light years away from NHL ready lol. Jack Hughes is barely NHL ready. Patrick nor Hischier were even close to NHL ready.....think about that.

Lol, Byfield as a prospect is miles better than Hughes or Hischer was, plus Hischer had the best rookie season of any of those guys to named

False on both. You will see. Don't buy into the NHL Network/media hype. These kids aren't McDavid.

It's not media, it's called watching games

lol...Byfield is playing against toddlers. WTF are you talking about. Use your brain. He couldn't even get regular minutes against 18 year olds....

If you're talking OHL he's been dominant with a good amount of ice time, of you're talking U-20's, A. 1 tournament should not be you're only judge of talent B. It's the under TWENTY tournament C. Have you seriously never noticed that for the most part in countries like Canada, Sweden, or Russia, underagers rarely get a legit shot, unless they are a near McDavid level (Laf)

I've read from a few "experts" who think that Laffrieniere is the only NHL ready player. Anyways, I left the first rounder from this year out of this simulation. If it's Laffy, you can throw him in.
