Can't see the Wild trading both Staal and JEEK, especially JEEK. If we did this the center position is horrendous.

"Wild start selling"

Trades a 6th for a player they could have claimed on waivers twice..

Id agree, but its hard for me to see MIN selling Parise, Zucker, Zuccarello, Suter just because of the amount of NTC clauses, I cant say with 100% but id say MIN has the most NMC/M-NTC if not top 3 in the league.

Yep Guerin will have to earn his money for sure. Wild have really put themselves in a corner.

I didn’t realize that the Wild has so many NMC/NTC, that really hampers a team trying to rebuild. I think only Tampa would have more of those players

The only reason i was able to trade Staal was because Erics brother plays for CAR which is the only way i seem him waiving his NMC

Except he doesn't have a NMC. He has a 10 team NTC. Big difference.

10 Team NTC, thats 1/3 of the league and only 1/3 of the remaining teams are looking for a Top 6 Forward... That leaves 5-7 teams viable for a trade.

Which is easy enough to move a top 6 center with such a low cap hit. He'd be a perfect 3C for a team who already has a 1C and 2C at his cap hit.
